ICAC Admits CMA-Canada as Affiliate Member

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC) has admitted CMA-Canada (Certified Management Accountants of Canada) as its fifth affiliate member body. CMA is a global designation based in Canada which focuses on developing professionals whose expertise is grounded in accounting integrated with management and strategy.

CMA-Canada’s affiliate membership was approved at the ICAC’s 22nd Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort, Bahamas. “As part of our strategic mandate, the ICAC has been seeking to expanding its reach within the region as well as its association with global accountancy bodies such as CMA-Canada.
