Denise Chinpire O’Reilly

Denise Chinpire –O’Reilly is the Managing Director of KS Chinpire Contracting Services Limited (STOW Certified), a family business which has been operating for over fifty years. In 2013, KS Chinpire Contracting Services Limited were finalists in the American Chamber of Commerce HSSE award for Excellence. The company is a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Energy Chamber.

Denise serves as Secretary of the Couva/Pt. Lisas Chamber of Commerce, a position she has held since 2014. Prior to this she was Treasurer (2011) and Assistant Treasurer (2013). In 2011 Denise won the award for Young Professional Business woman of the year presented by the Couva/Point Lisas Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Chinpire O’Reilly has been a member of ICATT since 2011 and is a member of ACCA. She was elected to the Council of ICATT in 2014 when she also chaired the Professional Accountants in Business Committee and served as the 1st Vice President of ICATT for the 2015-2016 term.

She is the current Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee and chairs the Feedback committee for the Corporate Governance Code of the Corporate Governance Institute and was recently Appointed as the Alternate Director for Trinidad & Tobago at ICAC.

 


Andrea St. Rose

andrea27s photoAndrea currently serves as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean – St. Lucia Branch. She was first appointed to the ICAC Board as Alternate Director for the Eastern Caribbean on June 2015.

Andrea was elected Secretary of the ICAC Board in June 2017. She has over twenty years of working experience in the accounting profession and the provision of corporate and business advisory services having first started with the then KPMG firm in St. Lucia. She previously served as Director at the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, St. Lucia office up until March 2005. In addition to managing an audit portfolio comprising the largest businesses operating in St. Lucia, she also held responsibility for Learning and Education (L&E) within the firm, and was part of the Technical Team for PWC in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.

During 1993 - 1999 she was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers in Jamaica as a Senior Manager. In that capacity she held responsibility for some of the largest clients of the firm, including NCB Jamaica Limited, Pan Jamaican Investment Trust and Nestle JMP Jamaica. Andrea is the founder of Andrea St. Rose & Associates, a provider of assurance, business advisory, tax and fraud related services.


Gowon N.G. Bowe

Gowon BoweGowon N.G. Bowe is the Group Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity Bank & Trust International Limited, including its publicly traded subsidiary Fidelity Bank (Bahamas) Limited. Prior to this role, he was a partner and Advisory Leader with a Big Four (4) accounting firm. In that firm, Gowon had been on a fast track through the ranks in both The Bahamas and the United Kingdom firms.

Gowon is a proud graduate and alumnus of St. Anne’s High School and the now University of The Bahamas. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting with First Class Honours and a Masters of Business Administration with a specialism in Finance from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and was the recipient of the University Medal for the Commerce department due to high academic achievements. Later, he completed the Uniform Examination of Certified Public Accountants on his first attempt and placed second overall in the State of Georgia.

Gowon served as engagement leader on some of largest audits, and consulting projects, for private and public sector entities, as well as serving as leader of accounting and audit technical, risk and quality functions. He is President of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants as well as its Technical Committee Chairman, and Immediate Past Chairman of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation. Gowon is a regular presenter/facilitator at seminars and training sessions, as well as speaker at business/accounting related discussion forums and media programmes.

Gowon is married to Evanne M. Bowe (nee Archer), and the father of two children, Dylan N.K. Bowe and Aryanna S.M. Bowe.


Raymond O’B Campbell

Mr. Raymond O’B Campbell, JP, FCA, FCCA, CBV, is Immediate Past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica.  A member of ICAJ since 2010 and Council member since 2011, he has served in several capacities including Chairman of ICAJ’s Public Relations, Future of the Profession and Property Development Committees, and was also Conference Chair for the 2011 ICAC Conference of Caribbean Accountants held in Jamaica.

Mr. Campbell is a Partner at KPMG which he joined in 2006 as a Principal in the Advisory Services practice in Jamaica.  He has over 28 years of experience in the financial and professional services sector and has held managerial positions in the securities and banking industries. 


Dr. Michael Lutchman

Michael Lutchman SCAIDrs. Michael Lutchman RA, is managing partner of Lutchman & Co independent member firm of Moore Stephens International Limited. As managing partner he has extensive (more than 30 years) experience during his career with KPMG, Deloitte and MSIL with a wide variety of multi-national audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing under various financial reporting frameworks (Dutch GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS) in Suriname, The Netherlands and the U.S.A. (New York). Michael is one of the founders of and is currently Vice President and Acting President on the Board of the Suriname Chartered Accountants Institute, and Director on the ICAC Board. He is a member of the Dutch Professional Body of Chartered Accountants since 1988 and has lectured and/or lectures at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, ADEK University Suriname, Hoge school In Holland, bachelor stream accountancy and the Suriname Tax Office.


Claude C. Burrell

Claude serves as the Director representing the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Belize.  He has served on the Council for the ICA - Belize in various capacities since 2003, including two terms as President.  

Claude is the Managing Partner of HLB Belize.  He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information System Auditor.  He has over twenty years’ experience gained locally and abroad, in audit and consulting, across a wide range of industries including banking and finance, retailing, manufacturing, agriculture, and tourism and hospitality.

His community involvement also included serving as the Treasurer for the Belize/ Honduras District of the Methodist Church as well as on the boards of various educational institutions.
