Anthony Pierre, FCCA, CA, CFC
Vice President, ICAC & Director, Trinidad & Tobago
Mr. Pierre was elected Vice President of the ICAC in June 2015 and was elected to serve as Secretary on the ICAC Board from June 2011 - 2012. He was first appointed to the ICAC Board in October 2009. He is currently the principal of the firm, Anthony Pierre & Co. Chartered Accountants. He also represents the ICAC as Director on the Caribbean Association of Industry and Commerce (CAIC).
Anthony Pierre served as president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) from 2009 to 2012. And as the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago, and was president of the Institute for three (3) years between 2009 and 2012.
He currently chairs the ICAC’s Regional Technical Committee. A partner with Deloitte & Touche (Trinidad & Tobago), he has over 29 year experience in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial and business consultancy. He is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) of the United Kingdom, a member in practice of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (CA), an associate of the Institute of Financial Consultants of the USA (CFC) and a Certified Risk Analyst (CICRA), having completed certified training in ISO 310000 - Enterprise Risk Management and related ISO 27005.
