A focus on education and training forms the foundation of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between leading global accountancy body ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and the regional accountancy body the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC).

New CEO at ICAC
KINGSTON, JAMAICA - Barbadian David V. Simpson has recently taken up the mantle as Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC). Mr. Simpson has had a long-standing relationship with the ICAC, the last of which was as its President from 2021-2023.
